Wolf Point Sees Good Turnout For Baseball, Softball Programs
It’s exciting that there’s a good amount of interest in playing softball and baseball this summer for Wolf Point’s young athletes.
“It’s bigger for the girls,” Cody Larson, the city’s baseball and softball director, said of the turnout.
In the recent past, Wolf Point has featured one minor league team and one major league team for girls’ softball.

Bulls Look To Contend In American Legion Baseball
In their second year of existence, the Post #49 Bulls are looking to continue providing quality baseball in northeastern Montana.
The Bulls feature 13 American Legion players including seven who played a good amount for last summer’s team. The Bulls play their home games in Froid.

Cowgirls Take Third Place At Richey/Lambert Invite
The Culbertson Cowgirls accounted for 65 points for third-place honors at the Richey/Lambert track invitational held in Lambert on Friday, April 30.
Circle took first with 97 points while Plentywood placed second with 70 points.
The top three teams in the boys’ division were Plentywood with 121, Circle with 76 and Fairview with 75.5. Culbertson took eighth with 16 points.
