Lustre Drops Close Non-Conference Match Against Culbertson


Culbertson fought off Lustre in a non-conference volleyball match that went four sets in Lustre on Tuesday, Sept. 30. The Cowgirls came away with a 25-15, 18-25, 25-15, 25-19 victory. The serving of Stella Fox and net play of Catherine Donaldson led Culbertson to an 18-8 advantage in the first set. The Lions were able to battle back to 19-13 on aces by Hannah Brown and a kill by Aleah Fast.

Lady Wolves Win Divisional Flag Football Championship


The Wolf Point Wolves captured the Northern Division championship for girls’ flag football on Friday, Sept. 26. After falling to Poplar on Friday afternoon, the Wolves bounced back to score a 28-0 victory over Harlem in the three-team tournament played in Poplar.
