Poplar Summer School


Students enjoyed the last day of a threeweek summer school session at the high school football field in Poplar Friday, June 24, with face painting and snow cones. John Wetsit (not pictured) told the Northern Plains Independent that the session was the first of three offered to the community this summer. There were inflatables and the Poplar Volunteer Fire Department showed up with trucks for water.

Area residents committed to keeping quality health care in Wolf Point participated in the annual Dinner on the Green event at the Airport Golf Club on Friday, June 24.
