The Indians led by a 17-6 margin at the end of the first quarter. Kaniel Ricker accounted for 12 of Poplar’s points in the period.
Poplar outscored the Red Hawks, 21-13, in the second quarter for a 38-19 lead. Keilen Erickson scored nine points for the Indians in the quarter.

Scobey exploded for 31 points in the second period to gain a 45-16 lead. John Carney accounted for 21 points and hit six three-pointers during the quarter.

Escarcega won the title at 100 pounds by pinning Lockwood’s Wai Fandrich in 5:58 at 100 pounds.
Placing fourth at the tournament for the Indians were Alara Cooper at 115 pounds and Liberty Boadle at 105 pounds.
