Wolves Win Matches In Helena

Wolf Point’s tennis players saw action with 18 other Class B/C teams in Helena during the weekend.

“We got quite a bit of tennis in with our very young team,” Coach Dan Horsmon said. “The girls played a lot of close and long matches, prevailed in some and as usual got better. We’re spending the next couple of weeks getting ready for divisionals in Glendive.”

Winning two singles matches each for the Wolves were Tanna Guldborg and McKinzie Rodenberg. Also earning victories were Bella Sanchez and McKinlee Paulson.

The doubles teams of Lauren Rodenberg and Riley Schwarzrock, and Hailey Gray Hawk and Paulson also won matches.

The Wolves tennis team will play in Glendive on Saturday, May 10.
