Thompson Competes At National Meet

Culbertson’s Destiny Thompson enjoyed her best track performance of the season during the National Junior College Athletic Association D1 Outdoor Championships held in Hutchinson, Kan.

Thompson, a freshman at Dawson Community College, posted a personal best of 1251 to take ninth place in the javelin.

Other places for Thompson during the season included third at the University of Mary Senior Day Open and fifth at the MSUB/RMC open.
