Local journalist and author Andrew McKean, of Glasgow, was appointed by Gov. Steve Bullock to the Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission Wednesday, Nov. 24.
The five-member commission has final say over major Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks’ decisions including hunting and fishing regulations, wildlife transplants and conservation easements.

Two Wolf Point football players have earned honors on the Northern B All-Conference team by league coaches.
Wolf Point’s senior Austin Wilson was a first team selection as an athlete on offense and as a defensive linebacker. Wilson was one of 12 players selected from the league to the All-State team.
Wilson was selected the team’s most valuable player. He rushed for 532 yards and scored
