The team of Jason Eggebrecht and Ross Lien did it again. They repeated as champions of the Montana Governor’s Cup Walleye Tournament in Fort Peck during the weekend. Championship Hitters


The Wolf Point girls’ softball squad earned the northeastern Montana championship during the eight-team major tournament held in Plentywood. The Yellow Jackets knocked off Plentywood, 9-5, in the tournament’s title contest on Wednesday, June 30. Wolf Point went through the tourney undefeated. Highlights of the game included a home run by Kylie Rodenberg and a double by Katelyn Macdonald.
