Golfers Earn Honors At Best Ball Tournament


The 2022 Airport Golf Course Improvement Fundraiser attracted 32 two-man teams. Golfers were from Montana and North Dakota this year. The Froid Agland Babe Ruth team edged Wolf Point in both baseball contests held in Wolf Point on Friday, June 3. Agland jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the first inning and added 13 runs in the second inning during the first game. Agland won the game by a 23-2 final. Wolves Win Medals At Class B State Track Meet


Wolf Point’s Peyton Summers and Mason Garfield each earned All-State medals during the Class B state track meet held in Great Falls on Friday, May 27, and Saturday, May 28. Summers, a sophomore, led most of the way in the 3200 until Red Lodge’s Brandon Emineth moved ahead during the final lap. Emineth, a senior who also won the state cross-country title, finished with a time of 10:00.03.
