Flinn Approved As New County Fair Manager


Chelsie Flinn has been approved as fair manager, following the recommendation of the Roosevelt County Fair Board’s hiring committee. The fair board met on Friday, Jan. 9, to convene a vote. Flinn was approved by unanimous vote on Monday, Jan. 12, at the regular Roosevelt County commissioners’ meeting. Former county fair manager Angela Miller resigned on the last day of the 2025 fair. Among the interests of Culbertson High School senior Kevin Folsom is hunting deer and pheasants. One of his favorite hunting adventures was a time with his father and a buddy who happened to be fairly new to hunting. “It was just funny,” Folsom said. “He didn’t know what he was doing too much.” Folsom has enjoyed success hunting both pheasants and deer, but he enjoys hunting pheasants
