Bulldogs Take Third In Tournament

Bainville’s volleyball squad emerged with a third-place showing at the 14-team Class C Scobey Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 13. The Bulldogs placed third during pool play. Victories came against Lustre Christian and Terry. Bainville split sets with Circle, but the Wildcats won based on total points.

During tournament play, the Bulldogs opened with a tough two-set victory over Scobey.

The Bulldogs then fell to defending state champion Circle in the semi-final round.

Circle defeated North Country in the tournament’s championship match.
