Froid Plants Trees For Arbor Day

The Froid community had a nice day for its annual Arbor Day celebration/ tree planting on Thursday, May 22.

During the last few years, the Town of Froid has been awarded grant funds specifically for the purchase and planting of trees in celebration of Arbor Day.

This year, two trees were planted at the baseball field. Tyler Harris brought some students to plant the trees and Harris read the official Arbor Day Proclamation.

Also, Roy Radabah helped with the preparation work and the trees were provided by Prairie Winds Nursery.
