Cowgirls Lose Contest To Richey/Lambert

Culbertson’s girls’ basketball team dropped a 55-35 decision against Richey/Lambert on Saturday, Jan. 22.

The Fusion led 34-10 at the half and 47-21 after three quarters of play.

Top scorers for the Cowgirls were Payton Labatte with six and Emma Berwick with five points.

Rounding out the scoring were Anna Steppler with four, Ayden Ator with four, Leandra Perkins with three, Ivy Colvin with three, Ally Simonsen with two, Aubrey Salvevold with two, Aeryn Ator with two and Bella Petersen with two.

Colvin grabbed seven rebounds in the contest.

Leading the Fusion were Jolene Klempel with 23, Tayen Carda with 14 and Brynne Hill with 11 points.
