Rose Cecelia Castro was born Dec. 11, 2021, at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow to Aubreigh Solberg and Kenneth Castro of Wolf Point. She weighed seven pounds 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. Her grandparents are Greg and Cecelia Solberg of Wolf Point and Rich and Dawna Castro of Lake Tahoe, Nev.
