The Montana Farm Bureau Foundation announces its annual Youth Speech Contest which will be held April 4 during the 2024 FFA State Convention at the Billings Metra. The Youth Speech Contest is open to students in the seventh, eighth and ninth grades who are enrolled in 4-H or FFA. It takes place between 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. in the Laurel Room.
