The Lustre Christian Lions are the top ranked team in Class C boys’ basketball, according to the first rankings of the season. The Lions are 6-0 for the season. The other top seven teams are Harlowton-Ryegate-Judith Gap, Centerville, Big Sandy, West Yellowstone, Manhattan Christian and Belt. Bainville, also 6-0 for the season, is ranked eighth in the poll. Gas Prices Decrease By 3.8 Cents


Average gasoline prices in Montana have fallen 3.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.97/g on Monday, Dec. 26, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 615 stations in Montana. Prices in Montana are 61.6 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 38.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 8.6 cents in the last week and stands at $4.68
