The Montana High School Association has announced its 15th list of inductees to the MHSA/Wendy’s Athletes’ Hall of Fame. Three Roosevelt County golfers competed at the Class C state tournament held at the Sidney Country Club last week. Froid/Lake’s Ashdyn Hobbs placed 34th with a 211. His rounds were 104 and 107 Bainville’s Braeden Romo finished in 40th place with a two-day score of 212. He had rounds of 107 and 105. Alex Strickland of Bainville shot a 241 for 54th place. His rounds were 116 and 125.

Track athletes from Culbertson, Bainville and Froid/ Lake enjoyed success at the junior high and elementary District 2C track meet held in Fairview on Monday, May 16. Culbertson scored 41 points for middle school boys for third place, 32 points for boys’ elementary for sixth place, 16 points for middle school girls for eighth place and 40 points for elementary girls for fifth place.
