Lustre Christian’s boys’ basketball squad posted an 86-28 victory over Frazer in loser-out action at the District 3C tournament on Friday. Lions Place Fourth At District Tourney


Lustre’s girls’ basketball team placed fourth at the District 3C tournament in Glasgow. The Lions fell to North Country, 56-26, on Saturday in the third-place game. North Country jumped out to an 18-5 lead in the first quarter and held a 24-7 halftime advantage. The Mavericks increased the margin to 43-12 in the third quarter. Wrestlers Fare Well At Eastern B/C Divisional Meet


The Wolf Point Wolves and Poplar Indians each had an individual girls’ champion at the Eastern B/C divisional wrestling meet in Malta during the weekend. Wolf Point’s eighth-grader Cali Gorder won the divisional championship at 100 pounds. Poplar’s Alara Cooper won the title at 115 pounds. Earning third-place honors for the Indians were Laitlyn Allen at 110 pounds and Liberty Boadle
