The Bainville Bulldogs swept basketball contests against Richey/Lambert in District 2C action on Friday, Jan. 31. Bainville’s boys posted a 51--33 victory over the Fusion. The Bulldogs jumped out to a 16-8 lead in the first quarter and increased the gap to 26-16 at the half. After holding a 38-26 lead at the end of the third period, the Bulldogs tallied 13 more points in the fourth period.

The Bainville Bulldogs and Lustre Lions split basketball games during non-conference action in Bainville on Saturday, Feb. 1. In the girls’ game, Bainville came away with a 63-39 victory. After leading 11-9 at the end of the first quarter, the Bulldogs struck for 22 points in the second period for a 33-17 lead. Bainville outscored the Lions by a 14-10 margin in the third quarter.
