Wolf Point Athletes Receive Season Awards
Wolf Point High School athletes were honored during an awards program at the school on Monday, May 22.
Awards for the tennis program included Kaleah Miller- Toves and Kaylee Johnson sharing the most valuable player award. Mahala Moran was selected as the most inspirational player. Jeina Reum was the team’s most improved player. For the girls’ track program, awards featured Katelyn MacDonald

Wolf Point Produces Strong Showing At Divisional Track Meet
Wolf Point’s boys’ track team finished in fourth place and was extremely close to a third-place trophy at the Northern B divisional track meet in Great Falls on Saturday, May 20.
The Wolves accounted for 67 points at the meet while third-place Conrad scored 67.33 points. The top two teams were Glasgow with 127.33 points and Shelby with 71 points.

Indians Score During Divisional Track Action
The Poplar Indians accounted for 25 points to earn sixth place at the Northern B divisional track meet held in Great Falls on Saturday, May 20.
The top three girls’ teams were Glasgow with 130.5, Conrad with 100 and Malta with 85 points.
Poplar’s Kessee Erickson, a junior, earned third place in the discus with a mark of 94-3.
Bailey Dupree, a sophomore, put together a strong meet
Lustre Wins Divisional Track Title
Lustre Christian won the Eastern C divisional track championship with 87 points in the boys’ division during the meet in Lambert on Thursday, May 18.
Placing right behind the Lions were Plentywood with 71 points, Culbertson with 62, Froid/Lake with 60 and Bainville with 48 points.
The top three girls’ teams were Plentywood with 117.5 points, Scobey with 96 and Savage with 82 points.

Wolf Point Boys Take Second At District Meet
Wolf Point accounted for an impressive 135 points to capture second place in the boys’ standings at the District 2B track meet held in Glasgow on Saturday, May 13.
Glasgow topped the boys’ race with 234 points. Rounding out the standings were Malta with 80, Harlem with 39 and Poplar with 31 points.

Indians Place At District 2B Track Meet
The Poplar Indians enjoyed good success during the District 2B track meet held in Glasgow on Saturday, May 13.
Poplar’s girls tallied 66 points to take third place at the meet. Poplar’s boys finished with 31 points for fifth place.
