The Roosevelt County Fair in Culbertson has announced dates, schedules and entry information for the 2021 event, marking a return to form following impacts to last year from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. According to organizers, the theme for this yearâs fair will be âBig Dreams In A Small Town.â
The fair website states, âOur initial theme for 2020 was âBig Dreams In A Small Town.â
