Commissioners Rescind Fire Restrictions
Roosevelt County commissioners unanimously agreed to rescind stage 1 fire restrictions in the county during a meeting on Monday, Sept. 21. The fire restrictions will o_cially be rescinded on Sept. 25.
The commissioners approved issuing stage 1 fire restrictions on July 31 after a request by county fire warden Mike Olson.
The action meant no burn limits and no open flames in the county.
