Blue Team Wins All-Star Game

Four players from Culbertson helped the Blue team come from behind to edge the Red team, 28-23, in the Bob Cleverley 8-man all-star football game in Butte on Saturday, May 31. Mark Kirkaldie, Reese Moon, Bridger Salvevold and Gavin Deen were selected to represent Culbertson in the contest.

Salvevold accounted for the go-ahead touchdown on a quarterback keeper run with 25 seconds remaining.

Salvevold, who interception as pass in the game, was named the Blue team’s defensive most valuable player. Fairview’s Wyatt McPherson was the offensive MVP for the team.
