Twelve Graduate At Bainville School
Bainville Public School saw a full gym for their centennial graduation ceremony Saturday, May 14. The Class of 2022 includes Whitney Nehring, Braeden Romo, Micah Anderson, Wyatt Iverson, Emma Poser, Kaige Bratcher, Kaitlyn Adkins, Rudy Kummer, Chelsea Parker, Jesse Strickland, Latesha Brady and Lakyn Rabbe.
Kaitlyn Adkins provided the welcome address and Emma Poser delivered the invocation. The kindergarten class led attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance. Jesse Strickland introduced salutatorian Braeden Romo, who spoke briefly.
The class of 2026 was recognized. Members include Isabelle Anderson, Hailey Berwick, Lila Butikofer, Addison Hansen, Kaiden Holmes, Chandi Johnson, Elysia Kummer, Siena Martinez, Keleigh Morales, Jack Robertus, Sierra Skor, CoraMay Theige and Rowan Wilson.
The graduates selected Tanya Wilson as guest speaker. She was introduced by Micah Anderson. The flower presentation followed, with graduates delivering roses to family and friends throughout the gym.
Valedictorian Rudy Kummer spoke. He was introduced by Wyatt Iverson. A senior slideshow was presented and Linsday Winn spoke for Bainville Dollars for Scholars. Amy Iverson announced scholarship awards for graduates and outlined their future plans.
Darin Hannum and trustee Neil Iversen presented the diplomas. Lakyn Rabbe provided the closing. Cupcakes and refreshments were offered in the multipurpose room.
