Olson Leads Wolves In Glasgow
Jewel Olson excelled as Wolf Point’s girls opened their track season at the Glasgow Invitational on Thursday, April 1.
Olson, a senior, captured first-place honors in both the 200-meter dash (28.17 seconds) and 400 (62.02). She also placed third in the 100 (14.01 seconds) against a strong wind.

Wolf Point Boys Open Campaign With Third-place Showing At Meet
Wolf Point’s boys kicked their track season in strong fashion on Thursday, April 1, by taking third place at the Glasgow Invitational.
The Wolves scored 55 points at the 22-team meet. Hinsdale won the team title with 76 points while Havre placed second with 65 points.
Highlighting Wolf Point’s performance were outstanding showings by the two relay teams.

Wolf Point Senior Cheerleader Selected For Shrine Football Game
After serving as a cheerleader for the Wolf Point Wolves during the past four years, Gracie Ferdina will cheer on a bigger stage this summer.
Ferdina, a senior at Wolf Point High School, is one of 16 students who will serve as a cheerleader for the East team in the Montana East-West Shrine football game on June 19.
The 74th contest is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Wendy’s Field, Daylis Stadium
Tennis Teams Open Season With Dual
Tennis season opened as Wolf Point and Poplar players took to the courts on Thursday, April 1.
“Wolf Point’s girls had a successful day,” Coach Dan Horsmon said. “We got a lot of tennis in, got better and enjoyed the challenge against the Poplar Indians.”
The Wolves won six of the eight singles matches during the action.
