Bainville Earns 54-19 League Win In Jordan

Bainville kicked off its conference football season with an impressive 54-19 victory in Jordan on Friday, Sept. 24.

“That’s the best we’ve played overall for sure,” Bainville Coach Trustin Holcomb said.

The Bulldogs enjoyed a 4213 half-time advantage.

Jesse Strickland highlighted Bainville’s offensive attack with three rushing and five passing touchdowns.

Sam Butikofer accounted for two receiving touchdowns.

Cayden Boyd had one receiving touchdown and an interception.

Logan Josephson finished with one receiving touchdown and three quarterback sacks.

Braeden Romo added a receiving touchdown.

Defensively, Chuck Butikofer finished with 10 tackles and an interception.

The Bulldogs will host Wibaux at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 2.

“I like the way we’re looking,” Holcomb said. “We have a lot of momentum going into this week.”
