Students Participate In 4-H Stir-ups Food Contest
Roosevelt County is taking 4-H cooking to another level – the Stirups level.
Stir-ups is a newer competition in 4-H that is loosely based on the cooking show “Chopped.” Participants are given a theme, a list of provided ingredients and they can bring their own “mystery” ingredient to add to their dish.

Culbertson Council Considers Budgets
The Culbertson Town Council met at Town Hall in regular session on Monday June 8. Mayor Todd Gabriel was present, as were council members Dave Solem, Carl Donaldson, Mark Nelson and clerk Terri Merrill. Guests included Fire Chief Mike Olson.
