Robert L. “Bob” Holen, 74, died on Oct. 25, 2025, at Trinity Hospital in Wolf Point. He was born to Lloyd and Doris (Bravard) Holen on Oct. 26, 1950, in Wolf Point. He grew up in the Chelsea area. He attended Poplar Schools and graduated in 1969. After high school, he furthered his education by attending school in Bozeman. He met and married Janice Hagen on Aug. 28, 1971. Together, they had one son, Chris. He led a quiet and principled life, focusing on land and ranching operations. He was a cowboy every day, loved the life of ranching and was quite successful at what he did. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, working, watching sports and spending time his grandchildren. He had three grandchildren, who enriched his life. He is survived by his wife,
