Casee Jo Lepper and Weldon Drew each received bail reductions during district court hearings on Wednesday, Oct. 13.
Lepper is facing the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute and criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Martinez Pleas Not Guilty
Marlina Nannett Martinez, 23, of Wolf Point made a not guilty plea during a federal court hearing in Great Falls on Tuesday, Oct. 12.
Martinez is facing charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute oxycodone and fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone and fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
If convicted of the most serious crime,

A Wolf Point man accused of attacking a man in the head with a bat on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation admitted to an assault charge on Friday, Oct. 15, Acting U.S. Attorney Leif M. Johnson said.
Harry B. Azure, 21, pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Azure faces a maximum 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.

A Wolf Point man accused of attacking a man in the head with a bat on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation admitted to an assault charge on Friday, Oct. 15, Acting U.S. Attorney Leif M. Johnson said.

An individual is facing two felony charges in relation to a fatality crash that occurred near Bainville this summer.

Panasuk Makes Not Guilty Pleas To Charges
John David Panasuk of Bainville made not guilty pleas to the charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during a district court hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 13.
The charges were originally filed in May, but Panasuk was just recently located to be arrested.
Maximum penalty for the possession of dangerous drugs charge is five years in prison and a fine of $5,000.
