Wolf Point’s volleyball team will open its season at the Choteau Invitational on Friday, Aug. 25, and Saturday, Aug. 26. Other teams at the tournament will include Simms, Ennis, Thompson Falls, Florence/Carlton, Three Forks, Choteau, Ennis, Manhattan, Manhattan Christian, Cut Bank, Conrad, Broadwater, Shelby, Fairfield and Glasgow. Wolf Point Cross Country Hosts First Meet On Friday


Featuring one of the top runners in the state, Wolf Point’s cross-country team started pre-season practice on Friday, Aug. 11. Peyton Summers, a senior, earned All-State honors by placing 12th at last year’s Class B state competition. “He’s hoping to win it this year,” coach Stacey Summers said. “Peyton has been working hard this summer. He’s been doing 10 miles or more a day.”
