The Froid/Lake Red Hawks clinched the conference championship with a 42-0 home victory over Savage during six-man football action on Saturday, Oct. 16. The Bainville Bulldogs suffered a road defeat against the Richey/Lambert Fusion on Friday, Oct. 15. Bainville dropped the conference football game by a 48-0 final. “It was a rough game,” Bainville assistant coach Jess Romo said. The Fusion jumped out to a 28-0 lead in the first quarter and led by a 36-0 half-time margin. Richey/Lambert added a touchdown in the fourth quarter.
