Multiple Culbertson JMG students entered the Junior Prospects Business contest in April, sponsored by Empowered Educators and the Montana Chamber of Commerce. Students created a business idea, a pitch video and a business plan. All three of the junior high groups who entered were named finalists. “Gameshack” by Colt’n Rees and Gabe Annett was given honorable mention and they received $50

Froid High School senior Xavier Gregor has a busy schedule throughout the school day. Along with his classes, Gregor has a work study job in the school’s kitchen. In addition, he used to work at the grocery store in Froid. His activities include running the 400, 800 and 1600 for the Froid/ Lake track team. He says his favorite event is the 1600. The grand march featured 47 entries appreciated by a large audience packed into the Old Armory.
