Roosevelt County commissioners unanimously agreed to table a decision regarding hiring Erika Fyfe as a paralegal for the county attorney’s office during their meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 19. County attorney Janet Christoffersen recommended Fyfe for the paralegal position with a pay of 85 percent of the clerk and recorder’s salary. Fyfe resigned as the county legal assistant in August. Woman Dies In Crash Near Fort Kipp A 28-year-old female driver was killed in a crash near Fort Kipp early Saturday, Dec. 23. The Montana Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened at 2:51 a.m. at 3365 BIA Route 1. The Pontiac Grand Prix was traveling east on BIA Route 1 and went off the road into the south ditch. The vehicle hit a field approach, causing the vehicle to become airborne.
