Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks’ Licensing Bureau is soliciting proposals from conservation organizations that are interested in conducting a competitive auction or lottery for some 2023 licenses. The Agland Bulls rolled to a 17-7 victory in five innings over Glendive on Monday, June 6. The Bulls jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the first when Bode Miller, Nate Hentges, Colter Oie and Braeden Romo crossed the plate. Froid/Lake players Ashdyn Hobbs, Brent Stentoft and Connor Huft played solid roles in the Blue team’s 34-28 comeback win over the Red team in the six-man All-Star football game on Friday, June 3. Hobbs caught a three-yard touchdown pass from Bridger’s Chance Goltz for the score with only 18 seconds left. The Red team led by a 22-0 margin at one part of the game played in Custer. Blue

Froid’s baseball program is going strong and that includes another season for high school aged players. The Agland Bulls are no longer playing in the American Legion ranks but rather are considered an independent. Coach Scott Crain feels the move is a good one for the Bulls because the games should be more competitive. Another advantage is playing in tournaments instead of having only double-headers.
