Froid/Lake Volleyball Players Improve Skills In Hawaii


Froid/Lake volleyball standouts Carolyne Christoffersen, Baylee Davidson and Aleah Johnson experienced a trip to Hawaii earlier this month. The journey began when the three girls received an invitation letter from NoKaOi Volleyball. Along with playing volleyball, the girls toured Pearl Harbor. Activities included being on the Wakaki beach and zip lining. The girls played both outdoor and beach volleyball

Bulls Split Home Contests Against Miles City


The Froid Agland Bulls celebrated senior night by splitting a double-header against the Miles City Outlaws in Froid on Wednesday, July 6. In the first game, the Bulls broke away from a defensive battle to earn a 5-1 victory. A double by Colter Oie gave the Bulls a chance to break the 0-0 deadlock in the fourth, but two solid defensive plays by the Outlaws kept the game event. Preston Swenson

Froid/Lake, Bainville Squads Compete At Major Softball Tournament


The Froid/Lake and Bainville softball teams each competed hard during the major softball league tournament held in Plentywood on Monday, June 27. Froid/Lake placed third and Bainville took fourth in the six-team tournament. Wolf Point came away with first-place honors. After falling to Bainville in the opening round, Froid/ Lake bounced back with a 21-6 victory over Crosby in loser-out action.
