Wolf Point opened its track season by competing at the Wibaux Invitational in Glendive on Friday, April 7. The short-handed Wolves scored 20 points for ninth place in the boys’ standings. The 2023 Wolf Point Spring Hoopfest, under the direction of Brock Copenhaver, was a huge success with 62 teams competing in the youth basketball tournament during the weekend. In the third-grade boys’ division, Red Cats of Wolf Point defeated Badland Hoops of Brockton by a 52-30 margin in the championship game.
