Poplar accounted for 23 points in the girls’ division and nine points in the boys’ division during the Baker Invitational track meet held on Saturday, April 15. Top teams in the girls’ division were Baker with 76, Bowman County, N.D., with 73 and Savage with 72 points. Poplar’s Mattie Falls Down finished in first place in the 3200-meter run with a time of 14:11.14 to lead the Indians.
