Maria Del Socorra Hernandez- Archdale is facing two drug-related charges in district court.

Once again, the Thomas and Corinne Nyquist Foundation is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations in Bainville, Culbertson, and Froid and in New Paltz, N.Y. for funding for small community projects with a deadline for applications of Nov. 1.
Calls for Nyquist Foundation grants are made once a year, and grants are awarded to eligible 503(c) private or governmental nonprofit organizations

A Wolf Point woman who admitted to selling methamphetamine on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation was sentenced on Aug. 26 to three years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said on Thursday, Aug. 29.
The defendant, Talayne Killeen Demarrias, 31, pleaded guilty in April to possession with intent to distribute meth.

A Wolf Point woman who admitted to selling methamphetamine on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation was sentenced on Aug. 26 to three years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said on Thursday, Aug. 29.
The defendant, Talayne Killeen Demarrias, 31, pleaded guilty in April to possession with intent to distribute meth.

Poplar Man Admits Stealing Truck, Stabbing Driver
A Poplar man accused of carjacking a truck and stabbing the driver on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation admitted to a robbery crime on Aug. 26, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said last week.
The defendant, Brandon Lee Romero, 29, pleaded guilty to robbery. Romero faces a maximum of 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.

Poplar Man Admits Stealing Truck, Stabbing Driver
A Poplar man accused of carjacking a truck and stabbing the driver on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation admitted to a robbery crime on Aug. 26, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said last week.
The defendant, Brandon Lee Romero, 29, pleaded guilty to robbery. Romero faces a maximum of 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
