Lee Harrison Damm of Culbertson was sentenced to serve five years with the Montana Department of Corrections during a sentencing hearing in district court on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Damm made a guilty plea to the charge of sexual intercourse without consent as part of a plea agreement on Thursday, Dec. 12.
