Paul Douglas Nygaard is facing two drug-related felonies regarding fentanyl. Each of the counts are criminal distribution of dangerous drugs by accountability. According to court documents, special agent Raul Figueroa determined that Nygaard was distributing, through dozens of transactions, fentanyl in Roosevelt County. The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office, the Gallatin County Coroner’s Office and the Montana Highway Patrol are investigating a two-vehicle fatality that occurred near I-90 at mile marker 293 on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 27. A railroad workers union, the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen, is the second organization to vote down an agreement between rail unions, freight rail companies and the Biden administration proposed Sept. 15.
