Theron Richard Hagadone is facing three charges, including a felony, after a traffic stop near Bainville on Oct. 21. Charges are criminal possession of dangerous drugs, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He is scheduled to make his initial appearance in district court on Nov. 15. Bail has been set at $25,000.
