Second Place

Culbertson, pictured with the Wolf Point team, took second place in the major league’s tournament. After dropping a game in the first round, the Cubs defeated Poplar, Froid/Medicine Lake, Scobey and Plentywood to advance to the title game. The Cubs fell to Wolf Point, 9-3, in the championship contest. Culbertson’s pitcher Bella Petersen struck-out 13 batters in the title game. (Photo submitted)
