Area Feels Strong Winds, Blizzard Conditions

A very strong wind storm created blizzard conditions in the area and some spots lost electrical power on Wednesday night, Dec. 17. The Culbertson School District Board met in regular session on Tuesday, Dec. 16. Trustees present were Chris Petersen, chair; Wendy Becker, Amber Fox and Lisa Steppler. Representatives were Nicole Simonsen, Mike Olson and Lora Finnicum. Visitors were recognized. Reports were presented. The combined K-12 winter music concert was held and went well. District honor band and choir is scheduled

The regular meeting of the Bainville Town Council was called to order at 7 p.m. by Mayor Toby Romo at the Bainville Town Hall. Present were Will Rathbun and John Gilligan by telephone.
