Culbertson Planning For Homecoming Fun
Culbertson school is planning a ton of fun activities during its homecoming week on Sept. 8-12.
The “Born To Be Wild” Week will include trivia questions and the student council going around to elementary classes to deliver pieces of candy to each student who participates in dress up days.
Dress up days include Hibernation Day on Monday, Tacky Tourist Tuesday, Back in my Biome Day (unleash your inner grandparent) on Wednesday, Biome Battle on Thursday and Spirit Day on Friday.
Friday is a big day for the Culbertson homecoming celebration. A grand march will be conducted for students at 8:40 a.m. The grand march will be followed by class homecoming games.
A pep rally will start at 1 p.m., which will include the announcement of the homecoming royalty.
The community parade starts at 2 p.m.
The school’s homecoming dance is planned for 8-10 p.m. in the old armory on Saturday.
Sports will include Culbertson hosting Froid/Lake on Thursday. The cross country team will travel to Scobey on Friday.
The Culbertson Cowboys will take on Poplar on Friday night.
