Tester Wants Northern Ports Returned To Pre-pandemic Hours

Continuing his aggressive push to fully reopen the northern border and resume full trade and commerce with Canada, U.S. Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., last week led a bipartisan letter to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pressing the agency to return the hours of operations at northern ports of entry to pre-pandemic hours or, at minimum, match the operating hours of Canadian ports.

Chamber Prepares For Stampede Week

Directors of the Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture are getting more and more excited as the 100th Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede nears. Beautification efforts have been taking place including picking up litter at some ditches. More efforts are being planned prior to the July 5-8 celebration. In addition, the beautification committee has purchased flags for the gazebo. Volunteers

Next Mural Project Planned At Zen Medicine

After near completion of the mural at Medicine Creek Caregivers, two local artists and the Bigger Sky Kids are now starting work on a mural at Zen Medicine. The large buffalo head mural, at Medicine Creek Caregivers at 315 1st Ave, is visible from Highway 2. Work began in May and will wrap up this week. Designer Cathryn McIntyre was assisted by painters from her studio art class at Bigger
