Froid/Lake Girls Fall Against Scobey

Froid/Lake’s girls’ basketball squad opened its season with a 29-12 loss against Scobey on Friday, Dec. 8.

The game was deadlocked at 3-3 after the first quarter, but Scobey scored 16 points in the second quarter for a 19-8 lead.

Scobey increased the margin to 26-8 in the third quarter.

Brooklyn Nordwick led the Red Hawks with six points.

Mara Salvevold finished with three points. Jaeleigh Davidson had two points. Isabelle Nordwick had one point.

Scoring six points each for Scobey were Camrie Holum, Claire Lekvold and Avery Wolfe.
