Culbertson Cub Scouts Pack 4293 held their annual raingutter regatta at the Stuber home in Culbertson Oct. 16. Participants gathered at noon. According to Taleasha Stuber, the regatta boats come in kits from the Scout Shop and the kids have to file the wood down and paint/decorate/ color them. “Then we fill up the regatta track so the kids can blow their boats down each lane with a straw,”
