Frank Gourneau Jr. was born ….

Frank Gourneau Jr. was born in Poplar to Frank Gourneau and Mary Ellen Two Eagle Gourneau. Frank is 62 years old, has six children and 18 grandchildren. After attending college, Frank returned and has lived and worked on the Ft. Peck Reservation his entire life. He has spent the last 37 years working as a Heavy Highway Construction contractor. Frank and Haven met in High School and have been together for 45 years. Frank appreciates the opportunity to serve his tribe, his friends and neighbors and all tribal and community people. He is running for council again because he wants to continue serving and working for the tribes, growing and prospering now and the future. Grandchildren are important for tribal survival and we are working now to ensure they have a strong and responsible tribal government, a financially secure tribe, sound infrastructure and importantly, healthy, prosperous people and communities.
