Daugherty Denied Parole

Jason Daniel Daugherty was denied parole on Sept. 14, by District Judge Benjamin Fosland and further was denied another parole hearing until Sept. 14, 2029.

This denial of parole was reached by the Montana Board of Pardons and Parole after hearing and considering testimony from Chief Deputy Patrick O’Connor, probation officer Bruce Barstad and Roosevelt County Attorney Thomas Bleicher.

Daugherty was sentenced earlier this year during a probation revocation hearing.

“As the Roosevelt County attorney, I will always fight to make sure that defendants are held accountable for their actions,” Bleicher said. “I would like to give a lot of gratitude to Chief Deputy O’Connor and probation officer Bruce Barstad as they always fight for the best interests of Roosevelt County.”
