Culbertson’s streets will soon be sporting a new identity. The city fathers have purchased new, large, bright street signs that have a green background with white lettering. The nine-inch high, 36-inch long metal signs will also sport new brackets. The old signs, which have been in place for many years, had a white background with dark letters. The old signs were also not as large nor as easy to read as the new signs. A sample of the new signs has been put together and is on display at town hall and was also viewed by council members at their January meeting.
